If you are reading this, you are either a very good friend or a member of our family. Since you are so close to our hearts, you probably already know that our life is far, far away from perfect!
We love hearing about the lives of those we love. It's not that we think our life is particularly interesting or entertaining, but there is a possibility that other people feel for us what we do for them. Combine our many kids who each deserve their own time in the spotlight and this year's happy happenings, and the letter is too long to want to read on paper. So now we have a blog ... can a letter get any longer than that?
I think that the blog is a wonderful setup for my family newsletter, because not everyone who has been invited to read this blog knows or deeply cares about the doings in everyone's life in our family. The blog provides a way to pick and choose whom to read about, and to read deeper into only that person's life, making your reading time with us more valuable.
