Ballroom

Guy and girl, yin and yang,
can’t have one without the other.
Routine goes like this: guy helps girl, girl helps guy-
guy supports girl, girl looks pretty.
No matter how they add together,
there are more dances to learn,
and more steps to learn.

Technique.
Ooh technique, the most painful part :(
Except the guy keeping posture.
The Technique keeps the steps in check,
the guy’s posture in check,
the feel of the mood of the dance in check,
just to make sure the audience likes the dance.

Now I can’t go without a rhyme
like how some dances make dancers dance,
like the wind,
which doesn’t give a care in the world
of what to do or why to dance, but sing
Like wind chimes that twirl round.

Haiku

This is an haiku,
Worth seventeen syllables.
Like my future age.

The Spirit of Nature
Nature has a spirit with a body named “Earth”
“Earth” means soil or ground,
and the name comes from Germany.

Earth is usually referred to as “Mother”
Mothers take care of their children.
I don’t think Earth has children so why,
why do we call her a her and she as a “Mother”?

She takes care of us and herself.
With rain, quakes, storms, and clouds of variety,
Earth, expresses feelings or emotions to us to give us
warnings, or food to keep us, and herself alive.

Earth has a spirit, that spirit, is nature.
